Welcome to Villa Tiatia, over 200m2 at the foot of the Betey dune, just a stone's throw from the beach and near the harbour, where your stay will be relaxing and soothing! Its heated swimming pool will immerse you directly in a holiday atmosphere! Your days will be punctuated by swimming, walks on foot or by bike on the numerous cycle paths around and moments of rest under the pine trees.

This beautiful new residence (2024) is perfectly appointed in the style of the Arcachon Basin. The living space facing outwards welcomes you into a beautiful kitchen-dining room area. The latter invites you to settle onto the wooden terrace that borders it, you will enjoy savouring good meals all gathered around the large table. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare good dishes for the whole household, equipped in particular with induction hobs, American-style refrigerator, microwave, 2 traditional ovens, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The lounge, for its part, is a cosy corner with a gas fireplace, which will welcome you in a warm atmosphere for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.

The house can accommodate 15 people where you will discover 7 carefully decorated bedrooms. The first two are located on the ground floor, both equipped with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing you with comfort and privacy. On the upper floor, you will find three other bedrooms with double beds, two of which also have an adjoining en-suite bathroom. A rest area with a bench connects this floor, allowing you to enjoy a moment of calm to read. Next, you will find two dormitory bedrooms for children. The first is equipped with three bunk beds and a balcony, whilst the last one has 2 bunk beds, thus accommodating 4 children. A bathroom with toilet is also available on this floor.

For even more convenience, the villa has a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a cot, a high chair, an ironing board, an electric vehicle charging point, an outdoor bar equipped with a gas plancha.

The house is also a suitable place for professional stays.
At your disposal: table for your meetings, possibility of adding a projector and suitable wifi.

The swimming pool is open from 29/04 to 18/10 and is heated from 29/04 to 21/06
