Come and stay in this single-storey house that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a relaxing holiday between relaxation and nature, close to the sea. You will be in the Marais Poitevin with no neighbours around. You will enjoy a peaceful environment in the heart of the countryside, with a pleasant view of the owners' horses installed in their enclosure just opposite the house. They are not there all year round but mainly during the fine weather.
You will also appreciate its outdoor spaces with access to more than 13,000m2 of land, of which 3,000m2 is fenced. There are also two terraces, one of which is 100m2 and its swimming pool open from 01/06 to 30/09, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days.
Fancy a change of scenery? The first beach is only 4 km from the house!

Upon your arrival at this house, you will discover the living room with the sofa bed and television. Just next to it is a dining table as well as the open-plan kitchen overlooking the terrace. Fully equipped, it has everything you need for cooking with ceramic hob plates, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Tassimo coffee maker.

The house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190).
Bedroom 2: has a trundle bed with 2 single beds (90/190).
The sofa bed in the living room is the last sleeping arrangement.

A bathroom is available with a toilet and a hair dryer.

You will be able to park up to 3 cars on the grounds and, if needed, you can leave your bikes there.
