Then, its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities to fully enjoy the beautiful days, with a large garden to relax in the sun or have fun with the children, a swimming pool to cool off, and a terrace to savour good meals.
Inside, you will find an open living space with three distinct areas: a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle; open to the large dining room table where you will enjoy sharing convivial moments around good dishes. Then, the cosy living room, where you can relax in front of the television.
Once night has fallen, you can go and rest in one of the three bedrooms in the house. The master suite, located on the ground floor, has a large double bed, an opening onto the garden, an adjoining bathroom and a dressing room. Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you: the first with two single beds, ideal for children or a duo, the second fitted with a large double bed and a balcony.
For even more comfort, the house also has a bathroom, two independent toilets, a washing machine, a hairdryer and the possibility of parking 2 cars.
