Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofas, fireplace and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The independent and well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a Senseo coffee maker are also at your disposal. You can share your meals in the living area, or you can enjoy the table available in the veranda.

On the night side, the house has 4 bright bedrooms (3 have a double bed and the last one is equipped with two single beds).

A shower room with hairdryer and a bathroom with a bathtub complete the sleeping area. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

Nestled in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, we found the ideal house for 8 people, as a family or with friends, who wish to go on holiday together while maintaining some privacy. How? Thanks to this seaside rental offering a house for 4 people and an outbuilding also designed for 4 people.

The two houses meet around a beautiful swimming pool and a large terrace of 36 m², inviting both relaxation and convivial outdoor meals. The enclosed garden will be ideal for letting children play outside.

The swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees and open from 01/05 to 28/09.

In the main house, you enter through a large living space in shades of white, wood and turquoise, which immediately immerses you in a beach and holiday atmosphere. The large open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious dishes with multiple hands, or to involve the younger ones. To help you, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher for added comfort. For breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso pod coffee maker are at your disposal.

The dining area consists of a large wooden table and its chairs, where everyone can take a seat for a convivial moment. The lounge, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, awaits you to watch good films on its large TV screen, or simply to relax after a good day visiting the surroundings or enjoying the swimming pool. A bathroom with a large shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the night space offers two beautiful bedrooms under the eaves, each with its own bathroom with shower. In one of them you will find a large Queen size bed (160/200), and in the other a double bed and a TV.

The annex is located above the garage, where you will have the opportunity to store your bicycles. It features two large bright bedrooms, each with a large bay window offering views of the swimming pool and garden. The first has a large Queen-size bed and a baby cot (travel cot). The second, with its two single beds, allows either a large bed (180/200) or two separate beds. This studio also has a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.

For added comfort, the house has a washing machine and two hair dryers. You will also have the possibility of parking up to five cars on the plot.
