Only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ars-en-Ré and close to the salt marshes, this spacious 130 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Divided between a main house and an outbuilding, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable and typical setting of the Île de Ré.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden and several terraces furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to share good grilled food and enjoy long summer evenings.
Inside, the main house opens onto a beautiful, welcoming living space. The lounge comprises a comfortable sofa, three armchairs and a television, creating a warm space to gather. The dining area, located nearby, has a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The open-plan kitchen, opening onto the living space, is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also has a high table and a few stools for a quick breakfast.
The annex also has its own independent lounge with television and its own kitchen.
On the night side, the entire house includes 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (house): one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 (house): two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 3 (annex 1): one double sofa bed (140x190)
Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer are available in each part of the house as well as toilets.
Although there is no private parking space at the accommodation, you will be able to find free parking spaces near the property.
You will also be able to store up to 6 bicycles safely in the garden.
For your comfort, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
