Here is a lovely house in Ars-en-Ré, for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends. This one enjoys a privileged location, between marshland and beach. At the bottom of the garden, pass through the gate and you will be able to access the beach directly, so you can enjoy good swimming or moments of rest on the sand.
The house also has a large outdoor space. Its garden will be the perfect place for you to relax, surrounded by greenery. Its terrace, meanwhile, invites you to sip a cool drink or prepare some good barbecues.
Finally, the interior is divided into several spaces. You will find the dining room, with its large table inviting you to gather around good meals. Next, a first living room, perfect for a coffee break and discussions, which opens onto the American kitchen, very well equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Then, at your disposal, a second, quieter living room which will allow you to settle into its sofa or armchairs for a television break.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people and has 3 bedrooms. The first one is located on the ground floor, constituting a private space for a more intimate stay, equipped with a queen-size bed, a television, a small table and a kitchen. It also has a bathroom with toilet.
On the upper floor, you will be welcomed by a cosy space with a sofa. You will also find two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and a sea view, the second is a dormitory room equipped with a queen-size bed and two double beds, offering a view of the salt marshes. Then a bathroom will complete this floor.
For even more convenience, you will find a second bathroom, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board, an iron, air conditioning in the living rooms, a barbecue and a high chair.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
