This charming house nestled within the peaceful Clos des Thermes residence welcomes you for a serene stay in the heart of the magnificent village of Ars-en-Ré. It offers you a enclosed garden of 100m², facing due south as well as a sheltered terrace of 8m2, equipped with a table and 6 chairs, where you can fully enjoy the sunny days. You will love starting your days there with a delicious breakfast in the open air, then relaxing in the sun comfortably settled on one of the sun loungers.
The residence itself has a heated swimming pool, ideal for refreshing yourself and relaxing during hot days. Thanks to the pool wristbands, you benefit from a 15% reduction on the treatments at the neighbouring thalassotherapy centre "THALACAP Ile de Ré".

This renovated house, carefully furnished and newly equipped, is ideal for a getaway for four people. Enter and you will find the living space, perfect for sharing meals and relaxing in front of the television. The decoration is understated and its blue touches immediately remind you of the seaside. Finally, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals with ease (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, combination oven).

With its two bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with two 80 beds, these offer you a comfortable and cosy space for a good night's sleep. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer to relax after a long day exploring the surroundings. An ironing board and iron are also available.

A gas griddle/barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious grilled food and make the most of long summer evenings in the garden.

To facilitate your movements on the island, you will also have a parking space as well as space to store up to four bicycles in the garden.

*The heated swimming pool is open from 12 April (weather permitting) and until 2 November (the planned closure at the end of the autumn holidays may be brought forward depending on attendance and weather conditions).

Just a few steps from Grange beach and in close proximity to Pointe de Grignon, this pleasant 38 m² house welcomes you for a family stay in the heart of the village of Ars-en-Ré. Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers a peaceful setting with garden views, whilst being close to shops, restaurants and the island's most beautiful natural spaces.

Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed and tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing after a day of discovering the island. Its 12 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, will be perfect for sharing your meals outdoors or enjoying beautiful summer evenings. Private access to the heated communal swimming pool (open from 12 April to 2 November) at the Thalacap centre, just a few steps from the house, is reserved for you.

Inside, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, benefits from a large bay window offering a beautiful view of the garden and bringing pleasant light to the whole space. The dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests for your family meals. Just next to it, the open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as everything you need to cook with ease.

On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms located upstairs:

A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the floor. An independent toilet is available on the ground floor.

An external private parking space is available within the residence.
