Come and enjoy your next holiday with family or friends in this charming house that can accommodate up to 12 people. You will appreciate its comfort as well as its outdoor spaces, with a large enclosed garden and a furnished terrace to fully enjoy the sun.
Equipped with a table tennis table as well as a barbecue, you will have plenty to entertain yourselves and share good meals throughout the summer. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace to settle comfortably in the warmth in front of a good film.
Ideally located near the beach and the harbour, this house is perfect for enjoying the setting and discovering the charming town of Arzon.

Upon arrival at this house, you will discover the main living room with a first seating area with a fireplace and television. Just behind it are the dining table and the kitchen open to the room. Fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. Next to it, you will find a second room with a sofa.

The house has 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: on the first floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
