Spread over 2 levels, the house has, on the ground floor, a fully equipped independent kitchen for the preparation of your meals. You will find a mixed (gas and electric) hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker and a toaster will allow you to start the day well.
The living room consists of a dining room for your meals and a TV lounge to relax. The bay window gives you access to the garden and the 20 m² terrace, equipped to take your meals outside. You can also enjoy a charcoal barbecue to prepare delicious grilled dishes. Still at this level, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140/190) are also available.
Upstairs, two other bedrooms are available to you: the first is equipped with a double bed (140/190) and the second with two single beds (90/190). A second bathroom with a bathtub and another separate toilet complete this floor.
