Located near the port and the beaches, you can enjoy good seafood, swim or stroll on the hot sand. The outdoor space invites you to relax: enjoy a fresh croissant at breakfast, take a sun bath before diving into the heated pool from May 1 to September 28 or even enjoy good grilled meats.
The interior is warm and nicely decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a modern American kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare good meals: induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It opens onto the living-dining room where you will love to gather around good food, a movie on the television or a board game accompanied by a fire in the wood stove (wood not provided) on winter days.
Two rooms are located on the ground floor. The first has a queen size bed, the macrame headboard giving it a bohemian chic atmosphere. The second also has a queen size bed, with a section of blue wooded wall that will plunge you into a vacation atmosphere.
Upstairs, you will find a second living room where you can sit comfortably in front of the television, then three other bedrooms will welcome you for the night. The first two in light colors have a queen size bed and the last one is ideal for a child with its savannah atmosphere and its single bed.
For more convenience, you will find a shower room on the ground floor, upstairs a bathroom with toilet. In the garage, you will find a washing machine, a dryer and a barbecue. You will have the possibility to park 3 cars.
