It offers beautiful living spaces for the whole family or a nice group of friends. The terrace will be particularly appreciated on summer evenings after a day at the beach.
This 140 m² house, renovated in 2021, is located in Arzon and has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers a fenced garden, a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Within the accommodation you will find a television, internet access (wifi) and a fireplace. An iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a dryer are provided. The American kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is located in:
- 300 m from the beach of “Kercouedo”
- 500 m from the supermarket “InterMarché”
- 700 m from the supermarket “Ty Boulangerie”
- 1 km from the sandy beach “du PortSable”
- 1 km from the restaurant “Le Boucanier”

Coastal paths, small ports, secret coves offer you superb views of the “small sea” and its islands. Relaxation, swimming, picnics will take place on the sandy beach of Penvins. Depending on the tides, you will find fishing spots on foot to bring back shrimps, winkles and cockles. And if your basket remains empty, the markets of the Rhuys peninsula and local products will do the trick!
The Jacuzzi is open from 8 April to 30 September.
