Welcome to this lovely 120m² holiday home located in Arzon, in a very quiet environment immediately close to the Gulf of Morbihan. Fully furnished and perfectly equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers for a stay in complete serenity. You will appreciate its exterior with enclosed garden, fitted terrace and barbecue, ideal for enjoying soft summer evenings. The Kervert and Fogeo beaches are accessible within 2 km, while the port and centre of Arzon are just 4 km away.

Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful living room of 35 m² with direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (a Nespresso and a Krups capsule machine). Share your meals around the kitchen table or prefer the outdoor one on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofas around the decorative fireplace.
