Just a few steps from the centre of Arzon and in immediate proximity to the beaches, this pleasant 80 m² house with sea views and a lovely garden welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers an ideal setting between comfort, nature and sea air.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with a small sea view, perfect for enjoying your holiday in complete peace and quiet. A terrace of 18 m² furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals and make the most of beautiful sunny days.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a beautiful, welcoming and bright living space. The lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television, opens onto the outside thanks to a large bay window bringing in plenty of light. Extending from it, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people and has a second bay window overlooking the other side of the garden. The American-style kitchen, modern and fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle), is open to the living space for greater conviviality.
On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children
Two bathrooms complete the accommodation: one with a bathtub and WC, the other with a shower, hairdryer, and an independent WC.
A private parking space will be at your disposal in the basement of the residence.
For added convenience, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine, a travel cot and a high chair.
