From the garden, you will access the living area. Its cathedral lounge is most pleasant for a TV break or for chatting, and if you go out on the balcony, you can also see the sea by leaning out. Beautifully decorated, it offers a soothing atmosphere. The dining area is an invitation to gather with family or friends around good meals.
The kitchen, modern and bright, provides you with everything necessary: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Here, you will find a spiral staircase. Going down, you will arrive on the ground floor where the first bedroom with a queen-size bed is located, offering a conducive sleep atmosphere, as well as a shower room and an independent toilet overlooking a pleasant mezzanine. Under the roof, on the top floor, you will find the last spacious bedroom with its three single beds and colourful atmosphere. You can admire the sea view from its two windows.
For even more convenience, a high chair, baby bed, child bed, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and a covered parking space are also available.

Welcome to this brand new holiday home, carefully furnished, located in Arzon on the Rhuys peninsula, in a calm and relaxing environment. 400 metres from the beach and 1 km from the port and town centre, everything is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 travellers (6 adults and 1 child), the house has all the necessary equipment for a family or friends' stay. Its enclosed garden and terrace equipped with a barbecue will be perfect for fully enjoying beautiful days and outdoor meals.
Inside, you will discover a beautiful living room, open to the terrace thanks to a large bay window. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs, dishwasher) and will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee maker are also available. You can share your meals around the living room table or enjoy the outdoor table during the summer. In the evening, enjoy the sofa and television after a day of exploring the peninsula.
The house has four bedrooms:
