Enjoy a unique stay in this very beautiful characterful house with its tower, ideally located in the heart of Auray town centre. On foot, you can easily reach the Saint-Goustan port, shops and restaurants to fully enjoy the town's atmosphere. Entirely renovated and perfectly equipped, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers (4 adults and 2 children). You will appreciate its pleasant outdoor space with enclosed garden and fitted terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beaches of Carnac and the Quiberon peninsula are accessible in just 20 to 30 minutes by car.

Pass through the front door and discover a modern interior, beautifully decorated and flooded with light. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hobs), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster and a DeLonghi coffee maker (ground coffee) are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the kitchen table or enjoy the one outside on fine days. In the evening, relax in the superb lounge area, equipped with a skylight and comfortable sofas.

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms on the upper floors:
Bedroom 1 - 1st floor: queen size bed (160x200 cm) with access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 - 1st floor: children's bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm).
Bedroom 3 - 1st floor: children's bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm).
Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor: double bed (140x190 cm).

The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and toilet.

A washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are also at your disposal.

The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but free parking spaces are available nearby.
