Located in Auriac-du-Périgord, this accommodation combines modern comfort and rural authenticity. Outside, a 25 m² terrace invites you to enjoy sunny moments. The enclosed garden, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, is perfect for outdoor meals or simply to recharge your batteries.
Inside, you will discover the living area with the dining room opening onto the lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television, as well as the kitchen. It is fully equipped, you will find a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, a toaster, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking. You will also find the bedroom area with its comfortable double bed (140x190), as well as the bathroom with its toilet.
To park, you can go to the rear of the house, where free parking spaces are available for you (Plantades Lane).
Ideally located, the rental is situated at:
- 6 km from the town "Montignac-Lascaux",
- 6.5 km from the restaurant "Chez Fany"
- 7 km from the restaurant "Aux Berges de la Vézère",
