For your stay on the island of Noirmoutier, we offer you this lovely house completely restored in 2024, with a surface area of 75 m² on a plot of 300 m². Ideal for accommodating 6 adults and 1 child, it offers all the comfort necessary for a successful holiday.
You will enjoy a charming town garden, enhanced with synthetic lawn and sun loungers, as well as a pleasant wooden terrace for your outdoor meals.
Its location in the heart of the town centre is a real asset: all amenities are within walking distance such as the market nearby. You will also be less than 500 metres from the beach and the sailing school, ideal for making the most of the island and its activities.
You enter through the living room, with its TV lounge area on the left and the dining corner on the right around a beautiful convivial table with lovely sun-coloured chairs. To prepare good meals, a large fully equipped American kitchen is at your disposal. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker.
On the sleeping side, you will discover a beautiful master bedroom with its Queen Size bed (160/200) and its lovely en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub and a large sink. A second bedroom has a double bed, whilst in the third, you will find two single beds and an evolving child's bed, which can be used as additional sleeping accommodation up to 5/6 years old. The bathroom comprises a shower and a sink.
For greater comfort, the house has two independent toilets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer under the awning in the outdoor kitchen, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The house is also ideal for winter stays thanks to its underfloor heating.
Parking is free on the street.

Come and stay in this charming house with blue shutters for your next family or friends' holiday. You will have the pleasure of discovering Barbâtre, a small town on the Vendée coast, particularly pleasant, especially in summer. The house, fully equipped, will welcome you with all the necessary comfort, and a garden will allow you to enjoy the sun from the morning. A covered terrace will also offer you a pleasant space to have lunch in the shade. The first beach is only 900 m from the house, ideal for refreshing yourself and relaxing whenever you wish.
In this house, you will first discover the living room, with its sofa as well as the dining room, equipped with a decorative fireplace. Just next to it, you will find the master suite, consisting of a 140/190 bed and a bathroom with toilet.
