Come and discover Barbâtre, a charming commune on the island of Noirmoutier, for your next holiday with family or friends. You will stay in this lovely house that can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, you will enjoy a cosy garden with a sofa corner, as well as a dining area equipped with a barbecue to make the most of the fine weather. A conservatory fitted with a bar area, a plancha and a dining table complete the facilities. Ideally located, the house is only 550 metres from the first beach, perfect for enjoying the sea all day long and admiring magnificent sunsets.

Inside, upon entering you will discover a dining room area, followed by a separate living room with sofa and television. Further on, the fully equipped kitchen puts at your disposal ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. You will be able to share your meals around the dining table and relax in the living room area with its sofa and television.

The accommodation has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a master suite with double bed (140 x 190cm) and private en-suite with WC.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe.
