300m from the sea, away from busy streets and crowds! This large house is ideally located to welcome you with family or friends and discover the riches of the magnificent island of Noirmoutier. Access to the beach is on foot through the garden.
This 100 m² house located in Barbâtre, equipped with WIFI, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features an enclosed garden, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for special moments and beautiful summer evenings, and a solar shower completes the whole when you return from the beach.
In the house you have a flat-screen television and a DVD player.
A washing machine also completes the items made available to you for your comfort.
The house consists of a recent bathroom, a water room and two independent toilets. The open kitchen is ideal for meals and is equipped with 3 induction hobs, a refrigerator (combined), a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso Barista coffee machine and a dishwasher.
For young children, books and some toys are available, along with a bathtub, a travel cot and a changing mat.
A private and enclosed outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
