300m from the sea, away from busy streets and crowds! This large house is ideally located to welcome you with family or friends and discover the treasures of the magnificent island of Noirmoutier. Access to the beach is on foot through the garden.
This 100 m² house located in Barbatre, equipped with WIFI, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fenced garden, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for special moments and beautiful summer evenings and a solar shower completes everything when you come back from the beach.
In the house you have a flat screen TV and a DVD player.
a washing machine also complete the elements made available to you to be pleasant.
The house is composed of a recent bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets. The open kitchen is ideal for meals and is equipped with 3 induction burners, a refrigerator (combined), a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso Barista coffee maker and a dishwasher.
For young children, books and a few toys are available as well as a bath, an umbrella bed and a changing mat.
A private and closed outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
