This beautiful 130m² house located in Barbâtre awaits you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. From the garden, you can go to the beach, pass through the gate, cross the woods and you can dive into the salty water and relax on the warm sand.
The outdoor space of the house will be the ideal place to enjoy a good breakfast accompanied by the morning breeze, to lounge in the sun while reading, to play with children, and to gather around good grilled food.
Then, inside, you will find a kitchen-dining area to prepare and share good meals and moments of conviviality. The kitchen is very well equipped; it has induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a citrus juicer. Then, you will find a colorful living room, which awaits you for a TV moment or to gather and chat over a cup of coffee.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. All are nicely decorated and have a private bathroom to provide you with maximum comfort.
For even more convenience, you will also find a washing machine, two independent toilets, ceiling fans, a plancha, and two parking spaces. Moreover, the house also has underfloor heating set at 19-20 degrees that will allow you to enjoy the island in winter.

Superbe location décorée avec beaucoup de soins. Terrasse à l'arrière très agréable qui donne sur un chemin dans une pinède menant à la plage (5 minutes à pied).Le seul bémol est une connexion internet très lente.
