Nestled just 300 metres from Boucholeurs beach, this modern 48m² house is a true haven for a couple's stay by the ocean. Enjoy a tree-lined garden, a pleasant terrace and a bright interior, ideal for recharging your batteries in Barbâtre, on the island of Noirmoutier.
The house, tastefully decorated in a modern and warm style, welcomes you through a small pathway leading to a wooden terrace.
Outside, enjoy an enclosed and tree-lined garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun or sharing a meal in the open air. Deckchairs as well as a table, chairs and a brazier are at your disposal to enjoy delicious grilled food outdoors.
As soon as you enter the house, you have access to a beautiful living space consisting of a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the lounge side, a comfortable sofa as well as a coffee table and a television invite you to relax after your long days of walking or beach activities. Next to it, a table for 2 will allow you to share your meals.
The open-plan kitchen provides you with everything you need: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), toaster as well as all the utensils you may need. Just next to it, a table for 2 will allow you to enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere, whilst taking in the view of the tree-lined garden.
On the sleeping side, a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) awaits you on the right at the back of the room. The bathroom, located opposite, is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Separate WC facilities complete the house.
For your convenience, you will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house. Although there is no assigned parking space for the accommodation, you will find free parking spaces on the street, a few metres from the house.
* The television is functional however it does not currently have a connection to TV channels. You will simply be able to use it by connecting a device (computer, games console, DVD player, etc.) if you have one with you.
