This new house, ideal for 6 people, welcomes you in a quiet residential area, just 2 km from the city center and the first beaches. Enjoy its garden and its large 30 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue for convivial moments in the open air. Nearby, explore the GR34 coastal path, embark on a cruise on the Odet River, or enjoy water sports. Between relaxation and discoveries, this house is perfect for a rejuvenating vacation in Brittany.

Once through the front door, cross a corridor and discover a large living room of over 30 m², opening onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, oven, microwave, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), provides you with everything you need to cook. For breakfast, a kettle and filter coffee maker are also available. In the living/dining room, a large table for 6 people as well as a cozy space with sofas, armchairs and coffee table await you for moments of conviviality with family or friends.
