Ideally situated, it will allow you to discover Saint-Gilles-en-Croix-de-Vie thanks to its proximity to the beaches, the harbour and the market. You will also enjoy a closed and fitted terrace, equipped with a barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments throughout the summer.
Upon arrival, you will discover the living area comprising the lounge with its sofa, television and dining table. Just next to it is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped. You will find there: induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an air fryer, a waffle maker, a small dishwasher and a raclette machine.
The house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: upstairs, has 1 double bed (140 x 190)
Bedroom 2: upstairs, has 1 double bed (140 x 190)
A travel cot is also available on site.
On the ground floor is the utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine, a steam generator, an ironing board, a hair dryer and a hair straightener.
To park, you will have a private parking space in front of the house.
The accommodation does not have a suitable socket for charging electric vehicles; for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to plug in your car. A charging point is available at the Hyper U located just 1.5 km away.
