Welcoming, functional and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 people in a calm environment close to the beaches of the Vendée coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden ideal for moments of relaxation in the open air. A terrace of 25 m², equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share good meals and fully enjoy the beautiful sunny days. To enhance your stay, a pétanque court awaits you in the garden. The bowls are provided: all you have to do is organise your tournaments in the sun!
Inside, discover a warm and welcoming living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, is also equipped with a sound system with vinyl record player, CD and cassette radio for music lovers. Board games are also available for family sharing moments. A large bay window opens the room onto the garden and brings beautiful natural light. The dining area, located nearby, has a table that can accommodate up to 7 or 8 people for your convivial meals.
The independent, modern and functional kitchen also has a small table for three people, ideal for a quick breakfast. It is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
On the night side, the accommodation has 3 sleeping areas:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds with a double bed at the bottom (140x190) and a single bed at the top (90x190)
- Living room: a sofa bed offering double sleeping accommodation (140x190)

White walls, tiled roofs and brick cladding stand out beautifully against the verdant setting of the large garden. The long house of 132 m2 contains 4 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 3 beds. They are all welcoming with their headboards and cosy touch. The master suite has its own en-suite bathroom. In total, 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with bathtub) and 3 toilets are distributed throughout the house, open for holiday rental for 9 people. The independent kitchen (with induction hob) is fully equipped and features large work surfaces. It adjoins the dining room which extends into a large lounge with TV, radio and fireplace. The understated décor is punctuated with refined and family touches. The living area and living spaces benefit greatly from the sunlight entering through the French doors.
