Welcoming, functional and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 7 people in a quiet environment close to the beaches of the Vendée coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden ideal for outdoor relaxation moments (outdoor developments are being finished). A 8 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, will allow you to share good meals and fully enjoy beautiful sunny days.
Inside, discover a warm and friendly living space. The living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa and television, is also equipped with a sound system with vinyl player, CD and radio cassette for music lovers. Board games are also available for shared family moments. A large bay window opens the room to the garden and brings beautiful natural light. The dining area, located nearby, has a table that can accommodate up to 7 or 8 people for your friendly meals.
The independent, modern and functional kitchen also has a small table for three people, ideal for a quick breakfast. It is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook like at home.
At night, the accommodation has 3 sleeping areas:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds with a double bed at the bottom (140x190) and a single bed on top (90x190)
- Living room: a sofa bed offering a double sleeping space (140x190)
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
An outdoor parking space is available on the land, in front of the house's garage.

The white walls, tiled roofs and brick facings stand out beautifully in the verdant setting of the large garden. The long 132 m2 house accommodates 4 bedrooms with double beds and a room with 3 beds. They are all welcoming with their headboards and cosy touch. The master suite has its own bathroom. In total, 3 water rooms (2 with showers, 1 with bathtub) and 3 toilets are distributed throughout the house, open for holiday rental for 9 people. The independent (induction) kitchen is fully equipped and features large worktops. It is adjacent to the dining room which extends into a large living room with TV, radio and fireplace. The sober decor is punctuated with refined and family-friendly touches. Living areas and living spaces benefit greatly from the sunlight entering through the French windows. They open directly onto the tiled terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue allow you to settle in the tree-lined and enclosed garden.
