This recently built holiday home is ideally located near the sea, in the charming town of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Its heated swimming pool, open from 18 April to 30 September, is one of its greatest assets for a successful holiday.
The fully equipped American-style kitchen has all the necessary household appliances. You will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as an induction hob, an oven and a microwave to prepare your family meals. For convivial and tasty moments, a plancha, a fondue maker and a raclette maker are also at your disposal.
For your breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster will help you start the day well. You can have your meals around the large dining room table or on the terrace overlooking the garden and its pool. The bright and spacious TV lounge is perfect for relaxing. You will also find board games for moments of sharing and fun.
On the sleeping side, 3 bedrooms are available to you. The first, on the ground floor, offers a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a shower room. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed, as well as another with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).
Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed 500 m² garden and the 30 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private and heated swimming pool (3 x 10 metres) will offer you a welcome moment of relaxation.
Two parking spaces are also available on the property. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a heat pump heating system. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
