As soon as you enter the house, let yourself be seduced by the beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows overlooking the garden. The living room, equipped with a large comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax after a day at the beach. Extending from this, a large dining table awaits you to share meals in a friendly atmosphere. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press are at your disposal.
On the night side, three bedrooms welcome you for a well-deserved rest: a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a second with a double bed (140x190) and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190). A functional bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer completes the night area. A separate WC is also available for added comfort.
For more comfort, a private parking space is available right in front of the house and a washing machine is also available to facilitate your stay.

A beautiful living space combining kitchen and living room opens onto a superb terrace, the main room of the house under the open sky. It's magical to live together during holidays with friends or family to share good moments. The house is large with its 3 separate bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourself or rest peacefully, holidays indeed! Between the Parée beach and the Dunes beaches, you are in the heart of Marais Girard, a very quiet neighbourhood of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Perfectly located 300 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre, market, halls and shops, walking or cycling will be your daily routine.
You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, with no apartment blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. We love it for its market twice a week, on Thursday and Sunday. Its open halls are open every morning to buy fresh produce. From the Dunes beach in the South, renowned for surf initiation, to the Corniche and its splendid sunsets, walk on foot or by bike and you will fall under the charm of this atypical seaside resort.

This lovely house in Bretignolles-sur-Mer promises you a rejuvenating stay. From here, you will have all amenities nearby, which will allow you to go to the market in the morning, stroll and shop, enjoy restaurant terraces. You can also walk or cycle to the surrounding beaches to enjoy a swim or a walk on the warm sand.
The house is tastefully decorated, with a pleasant atmosphere that will seduce you from the moment you arrive! Its garden will be ideal for beautiful days to enjoy the sun: a good breakfast, a moment of relaxation or delicious grilled dishes. The living area is an open space with light colours where you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
