Adjacent to it, the dining room will allow you to share meals together around its large wooden table.
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the essential crockery and utensils.
On the sleeping side, the house has three bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190), the second with two single beds (90x190), and the third has a single trundle bed (90x190) with a double bed (140x190) on top, perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower head, and separate toilets are also at your disposal for added comfort.
For added convenience, the house has two outdoor parking spaces and you can also store up to 6 bicycles in the garage.

Very lovely house for 6 people with an enclosed garden and a superb terrace for relaxing. A beautiful living space combining kitchen and lounge opens onto a superb terrace, the main feature of the house in the open air. It's magical amongst friends or with family to live together during the holidays to share good times. The house is spacious with its 3 separate bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourself or go and rest peacefully, holidays after all! Between Parée beach and Dunes beaches, you are in the heart of Marais Girard, a very quiet neighbourhood in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Perfectly situated 300 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre, market, covered market and shops, walking or cycling will be your daily routine.
You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-Mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, with no tower blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. You'll love it for its market twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Its open market halls are open every morning to buy fresh produce.
