Very lovely house for 6 people with an enclosed garden and a superb terrace for relaxing. A beautiful living space combining kitchen and lounge opens onto a superb terrace, the main feature of the house in the open air. It's magical amongst friends or with family to live together during the holidays to share good times. The house is spacious with its 3 separate bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourself or go and rest peacefully, holidays after all! Between Parée beach and Dunes beaches, you are in the heart of Marais Girard, a very quiet neighbourhood in Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Perfectly situated 300 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre, market, covered market and shops, walking or cycling will be your daily routine.
You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-Mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, with no tower blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. You'll love it for its market twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
