This holiday home recently built is ideally located near the sea, in the charming town of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Its heated swimming pool, open from 1st June to 27th September, is one of its greatest assets for a successful holiday.
The American kitchen, fully equipped, has all the necessary household appliances. You will find a refrigerator, a dishwasher, as well as an induction hob, an oven and a microwave to prepare your family meals. For convivial and tasty moments, a plancha, a fondue maker and a raclette maker are also at your disposal.
For your breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster will help you start the day well. You can have your meals around the large dining room table or on the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool. The bright and spacious TV lounge is perfect for relaxing. You will also find board games there for moments of sharing and fun.
On the night side, 3 bedrooms are available to you. The first, on the ground floor, offers a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wet room with a shower. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed, as well as another with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm).
Outside, you will be able to enjoy the enclosed garden of 500 m² and the 30 m² terrace, fitted out with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private and heated swimming pool (3 x 10 metres) will offer you a welcome moment of relaxation.
Two parking spaces are also available on the property. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a heat pump heating system. A washing machine is also made available to you.

Very nice house for 6 people with a closed garden and a superb terrace for relaxation. A beautiful living space combining kitchen and living room opens onto a superb terrace, the main room of the house under the open sky. It's magical to live together during holidays with friends or family to share good moments. The house is large with its 3 separate bedrooms allowing you to isolate yourself or rest peacefully, holidays indeed! Between the Parée beach and the Dunes beaches, you are in the heart of Marais Girard, a very quiet neighbourhood of Brétignolles-sur-Mer. Perfectly located 300 m from the beach and 1.5 km from the town centre, market, halls and shops, walking or cycling will be your daily routine.
You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, with no apartment blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. We love it for its market twice a week, on Thursday and Sunday. Its open halls are open every morning to buy fresh produce. From the Dunes beach in the South, renowned for surf initiation, to the Corniche and its splendid sunsets, walk on foot or by bike and you will fall under the charm of this atypical seaside resort.
