With its large enclosed garden and 30 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue, it is ideal for moments of relaxation after a day enjoying the beaches, surf spots or coastal paths. You can explore the Vendée coastline, enjoy the local market or discover the Vendée heritage. A perfect pied-à-terre for rejuvenating seaside holidays.
Open the portal, discover the fully equipped terrace and cross the entrance door to access a bright living area of over 40 m². The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) are at your disposal. You can gather around an extendable dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests for your meals. The living room consists of two distinct spaces: a TV corner with a sofa and coffee table, as well as a second relaxation area with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Ideal for convivial moments with family or friends.
The night space includes three bedrooms. The first, accessible through the garage, offers access to a small private garden and features a double bed (140x200 cm). The second, accessible via the storeroom corridor, is also equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm). Finally, the third is a perfect dormitory for children, with two bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation includes two bathrooms with shower and two independent toilets (one of which is accessible only through the garage). For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge are available in the utility room.
You can park up to 3 vehicles safely in the inner courtyard.

This lovely traditional house is made for your holidays. Its American kitchen allows you to stay together and share good moments in a large living space. It is fully equipped and ideal for cooking delicious little dishes. The living room is bathed in sunlight thanks to a large window giving access to a large garden. A spacious basement is fitted out as a games room with a ping pong table. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable, wake up early to enjoy the sunrise. When everyone is ready, take out the ping pong table to challenge each other as a family or with friends! You have two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and two toilets.
Once you have discovered the little secret path, you are 600 m on foot from the Sauzaie beach and one of the most beautiful wild walks along the Vendée coast. For walkers on foot or by bike, it is also the starting point for long walks either going up into the dunes or going down to the Parée and its shops. For surfers, you are in front of the famous Sauzaie spot lit up in the evening, it is really magnificent to see! You are also very close to the Galet restaurant which welcomes you on its sea-facing terrace or the Viviers de la Corniche open all year round where you find seafood products well known to the locals...
You have yet to discover Brétignolles-sur-Mer, a small corner that has remained authentic, without apartment blocks or large shopping centres. Everything there is human and pleasant, with smiling and friendly shopkeepers. We love it for its market twice a week: on Thursday and Sunday. Its halls are open every day to buy fresh produce. From the Dunes beach in the South, renowned for surf initiation, to the Corniche and its splendid sunsets, walk on foot or by bike and you will fall under the charm of this atypical seaside resort.
