Open the gate, discover the fully equipped terrace and go through the front door to access a large bright living room of more than 40 m². The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso) are at your disposal. You can gather around an extendable dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests for your meals. This lovely traditional house is made for your holidays. Its open-plan kitchen allows you to stay together and share good times in a large living space. It is fully equipped and ideal for cooking good meals. The living room is bathed in sunlight thanks to a large window leading to a large garden. Everything is human and pleasant, the smiling and friendly shopkeepers. We love it for its market twice a week: Thursday and Sunday. Its covered market is open every day to buy fresh produce. From the Dunes beach to the south, renowned for learning to surf, to the Corniche and its magnificent sunsets, walk or cycle and you will be charmed by this atypical seaside resort.

This is a large traditional family house that we offer in Brétignolles-sur-Mer, on the lovely Vendée coast. With its large enclosed garden and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people, it is ideal for holidays with your loved ones. Its ground floor configuration makes it practical and safe, and its large flat garden will be perfect for football games.
The kitchen is open to the living area. It is very well equipped and even has culinary aid appliances that are not always found in holiday rentals. You will have at your disposal, to prepare good little dishes, a gas and electric hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a multi-function food processor, a blender and a mixer/beater. There is also a refrigerator (a second one is also in the garage), a freezer and a dishwasher. And for breakfast, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The configuration with a bar overlooking the dining room makes this kitchen particularly friendly.
In the dining area, you can gather around a large wooden table. With its traditional furniture, one feels in a warm atmosphere, reminiscent of family Sundays. It will also be ideal for gathering around one of the board games provided for you. The living area ends with a lounge, with a large leather corner sofa and an armchair that invite relaxation or watching a good film.
