50 m² welcoming and very bright house in Brétignolles-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms and a shower room and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bunk beds are suitable for children. It has an enclosed garden, an 8 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (facing the neighbouring house), a television and outdoor parking (for 2 cars) located on the house grounds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and ceramic hob, a refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You also have a washing machine.
