Welcome to this charming house located in Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages, just 450 metres from the beach. Ideal for a family stay, it can accommodate up to 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) and has a garden as well as a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals.

Upon your arrival, you will discover a bright corridor leading to a pleasant living space. The lounge area, comprising a sofa and an armchair, is equipped with a television and a decorative fireplace, perfect for your moments of relaxation. A dining table is also at your disposal to share your meals, which you can also enjoy in the garden.
The independent and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven) offers you everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, you will also find a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. A bottle warmer/food warmer and a chair booster are also available for the little ones.
For added comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron are at your disposal in the garage.

The house has 2 bedrooms:

Room 1: one queen-size bed (160/200)
Room 2: one single bed (90/190) and one trundle bed (70/190)

A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet complete the accommodation.

You will benefit from a private outdoor car park allowing you to park up to 5 vehicles near the house.
