A garden is at your disposal to enjoy sunny days, whether it's to play with the children or to relax whilst sunbathing. You can also enjoy your breakfast or savour delicious skewers on the terrace.
Located in a calm area but only a few kilometres from the beaches, this makes it a privileged location where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and reach the surrounding beaches with ease.
The refined decoration and new furnishings create an environment conducive to a serene stay. The living area is divided into three spaces: the lounge, comfortable and ideal for watching a film all together, a dining room where the table invites you to share moments of laughter whilst enjoying good food. Finally, the kitchen, very well equipped and modern, features an induction American-style kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Thus, you will be able to prepare your meals with ease.
The sleeping area is divided into 3 bedrooms, the first two are equipped with a double bed (160) and the last one with two single beds. The soft colours make these bedrooms true cocoons ideal for good nights' sleep.
The accommodation also has a bathroom with WC and hairdryer, a washing machine and three parking spaces.
