Welcome to Dinard, in this spacious family home of 120 m² that can accommodate up to 8 people. Nestled in a calm and residential environment, close to the beaches and must-sees of the Emerald Coast, it offers all the comfort necessary for a successful stay with family or friends.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for children and for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. Its large 80 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, will be perfect for sharing convivial meals and making the most of beautiful sunny days.
Inside, discover a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge area, furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after your days of exploration. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The open-plan, modern and functional kitchen is located just next door and also has a small side table. Fully equipped, it includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together to form a King Size bed (180x200)

The stone house has a beautiful garden where you will enjoy savouring good grilled food or a nice breakfast. The interior is furnished and decorated with taste. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is open to the dining room, with its long table, inviting moments of sharing.
