Just a few minutes from the beaches and the centre of Dinard, this spacious family house of 220 m² welcomes you for a friendly stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, it offers beautiful volumes, a pleasant garden and numerous relaxation areas to fully enjoy the Emerald Coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a wooded enclosed garden, ideal for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. A 25 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue will be perfect for your summer meals. The house also has a large veranda open to the garden, offering an additional space to gather in all seasons.
Inside, from the entrance, you will discover a large, friendly and warm living space. The living room consists of two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a decorative wood stove that brings a warm touch to the whole. For leisure moments, a billiards table and a piano are also at your disposal. Nearby, a dining area accommodates a table that can seat up to 6 people. A large bay window leads directly to the conservatory where you will find a second table that can accommodate up to 8 people as well as a small round table, ideal for sharing a coffee while enjoying the view of the garden.
The independent kitchen, accessible from the living space and the conservatory, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook like at home.
On the night side, the house has 6 comfortable bedrooms:

The house also has a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hair dryer on the ground floor and a bathroom with a shower and toilet upstairs. Two independent toilets are available on the ground floor.
An outdoor parking space is available on the pavement in front of the house. You will have the possibility to safely store up to 12 bicycles in the house's garage.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and a hairdryer.
