Just a few minutes from the beaches and town centre of Dinard, this pleasant 90 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a comfortable and friendly setting with an enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet whilst remaining close to shops and the sea.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing on fine days. A 10 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good grilled meals outdoors and savour summer evenings to the fullest.
Inside, the house opens onto a beautiful, bright and welcoming living space. The lounge area, comprising a sofa, an armchair and a television, is flooded with light thanks to a large bay window opening directly onto the terrace and garden. Just next to it, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for convivial moments around good meals. The American kitchen, semi-open to the living space thanks to a serving hatch, is both modern and functional. It has a central island with two chairs, ideal for a quick breakfast or morning coffee. Fully equipped, it includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, two filter and Nespresso coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle as well as everything needed to cook as if at home.
On the night side, the 3 bedrooms are located upstairs:

Welcome to Dinard, in the heart of the town centre, in this charming little stone house ideal for a family holiday. Perfectly situated between the large Écluse beach, Saint-Enogat beach and Prieuré beach, you will easily enjoy the sea, walks and water activities. Everything is within walking distance or by bike: shops, market, restaurants, beaches and summer events are just a stone's throw away.
The house is functional and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It contains 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and another in the attic.
At the back, a terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the sun and your summer evenings in complete peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful living-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two lovely armchairs invite you to sit around the coffee table for friendly aperitifs or board game evenings. A large oval table will allow you to gather for good meals, prepared with care in the adjoining kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. This level is completed by a bathroom with a small shower and a WC under the stairs.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), and another with a double bed (140x190) and a trundle bed (90x200). Hidden under the eaves, a mezzanine with two single beds and a desk area will be the ideal hideaway for children who love to dream closer to the stars, or for those who will need a teleworking space.
