Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a comfortable and friendly setting with an enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying peace and quiet while remaining close to shops and the sea.
Outside, you will enjoy a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing on beautiful days. A 10 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good grilled dishes in the open air and fully savour summer evenings.
Inside, the house opens onto a beautiful, bright and welcoming living space. The living room area, consisting of a sofa, an armchair and a television, is bathed in light thanks to a large bay window directly overlooking the terrace and garden. Just next to it, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for convivial moments around good meals. The open-plan kitchen, semi-open to the living space through a serving hatch, is both modern and functional. It features a central island with two chairs, ideal for a quick breakfast or morning coffee. Fully equipped, it includes gas hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, two filter and Nespresso coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle and everything needed to cook just like at home.
At night, the 3 bedrooms are located upstairs:

Welcome to Dinard, in the heart of the town centre, in this charming little stone house ideal for family holidays. Perfectly located between the large Écluse beach, Saint-Enogat beach and the Prieuré beach, you will easily enjoy the sea, walks and water activities. Everything is within walking or cycling distance: shops, market, restaurants, beaches and summer events are just a stone's throw away.
The house is functional and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It contains 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and another under the attic.
At the back, a terrace without overlooking neighbours with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to fully enjoy the sun and your summer evenings in complete tranquillity.
On the ground floor, you'll discover a beautiful living room-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two pretty armchairs invite you to take a seat around the coffee table for convivial aperitifs or board game sessions. A large oval table will allow you to gather around good meals, prepared with care in the adjacent kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you'll find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. This level is complemented by a washroom with a small shower and a toilet under the stairs.
