Both close to everything, and slightly away from the seaside hustle and bustle and the city centre, we offer you this traditional Breton house arranged to accommodate 6 people.
When you push open its blue door, you will immediately be immersed in a seaside atmosphere, through decorative objects and this blue colour, which is the "common thread" of the house.
The living area opens onto the lounge, with its lovely armchairs and comfortable sofa. People gather here to watch television, chat over a coffee or an aperitif, in a friendly configuration. When it's time to sit down at the table, the dining room is just a step away. But before settling around the table to share a good meal, it will first need to be cooked.
For this, head to the kitchen, in the blue conservatory. Well-equipped, you will find a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster are at your disposal. With its access to the garden, whether in the dining room or outside on the 20 m² terrace, the kitchen of this house is the central point of good moments around the table.
The ground floor is completed with an independent WC, a turquoise blue bedroom with a single bed and a shower room. Upstairs, you will discover three bedrooms and a shower room with a large shower and WC. The first bedroom offers a large Queen size bed (160/200), the second, with blue walls, two single beds assembled to make one, but which can be separated, and the third has 2 single beds.
For added comfort, you will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a parking space, a gas barbecue and a hair dryer.

Welcome to Dinard, in the heart of the town centre, in this charming little stone house ideal for family holidays. Perfectly located between the large Écluse beach, Saint-Enogat beach and Prieuré beach, you will easily enjoy the sea, walks and water activities. Everything is within walking or cycling distance: shops, market, restaurants, beaches and summer events are just a stone's throw away.
The house is functional and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It contains 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and another under the attic.
At the back, a terrace without overlooking neighbours with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to fully enjoy the sun and your summer evenings in complete tranquillity.
On the ground floor, you discover a beautiful living room-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two pretty armchairs invite you to sit around the coffee table for friendly aperitifs or board game sessions. A large oval table will allow you to gather around good meals, prepared with care in the adjacent kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher.
