This 105 m² accommodation has a bright dining room with a first small lounge, a place where you can share good meals prepared directly from the fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and citrus press). Then head to the second lounge, larger and with television (180 channels).
Take the stairs to discover upstairs a bedroom (equipped with a TV) and a bathroom with bathtub.
Finally, you can access the 2 other bedrooms located in the basement, one equipped with a TV and a bathroom with shower, this level is also accessible by an access door that opens outside on the garden side.
To enjoy the sun and Breton air, no worries, the garden (400 m2) and terrace (9m²) fitted out with garden furniture are at your disposal throughout your stay. Furthermore, you can also make use of the barbecue (charcoal) to cook your food.
You can enjoy lovely bike rides on the greenway located just a stone's throw from the house.

Es hat hervorragend mit der Schlüssel und Wohnungsübergabe bei unserer Ankunft geklappt und ebenso bei unserer Abreise. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt, wenn es mal Fragen gab, konnte man dies per Whatsapp oder telefonisch klären!
Wir durften Dinard, seine Umgebung und die Schönheit der Bretagne kennenlernen! Einfach toll! |

Welcome to Dinard, in the heart of the town centre, in this charming little stone house ideal for a family holiday. Perfectly situated between the large Écluse beach, Saint-Enogat beach and Prieuré beach, you will easily enjoy the sea, walks and water activities. Everything is within walking distance or by bike: shops, market, restaurants, beaches and summer events are just a stone's throw away.
The house is functional and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). It contains 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and another in the attic.
At the back, a terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the sun and your summer evenings in complete peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful living-dining room with green and white walls, and lovely wooden furniture. A comfortable sofa and two lovely armchairs invite you to sit around the coffee table for friendly aperitifs or board game evenings. A large oval table will allow you to gather for good meals, prepared with care in the adjoining kitchen. Independent and fully equipped, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal. This level is completed by a bathroom with a small shower and a WC under the stairs.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), and another with a double bed (140x190) and a trundle bed (90x200). Hidden under the eaves, a mezzanine with two single beds and a desk area will be the ideal hideaway for children who love to dream closer to the stars, or for those who will need a teleworking space.
