Upon your arrival, you will access the living room area, equipped with a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden. Just behind is a large friendly table, then the kitchen. Fully equipped, it provides you with everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.
On the ground floor, you will discover a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A second bathroom as well as an independent toilet are also at your disposal.
For parking, three private spaces are available right in front of the house. You will also be able to store up to four bicycles in a private storage room.

It is an atypical and charming old house that we have found for your holidays in Erquy. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, its fisherman's house decor and its large enclosed and tree-lined garden will seduce you.
We enter like artists through the small basement door. We discover a living room space in a flea market atmosphere, with its bench of folding seats from an old cinema, very practical for putting on boots before going to collect shellfish. On this ground floor, there is a water room with a shower cabin, ideal for beach returns, as well as an independent toilet with a hand basin.
We take the stairs to reach the living area. The kitchen combines a contemporary aesthetic, modern equipment and old family crockery. You want to prepare good little dishes for the whole tribe! For this, you will find an induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer. For breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle and a pod coffee machine like Nespresso are at your disposal. For more comfort, you can count on a dishwasher.
We sit down at the table in a dining room with a warm atmosphere, thanks to its refurbished old wooden furniture and decor reminiscent of a fisherman's cabin. We then relax, chat or have coffee in a living room that maintains this spirit of family furniture, vintage objects and a plush sofa.
A bedroom with a King size bed (180/200), a bathroom with a shower, as well as an independent toilet complete this level.
On the top floor, a mezzanine under the roof offers 3 sleeping spaces. At the back, a bedroom with a Queen size bed and its private bathroom with a large bathtub placed in the middle of the room. Then, a small children's room offers a bunk bed (only for children) and 2 single beds. A last "cabin" space offers a trundle bed, which can serve as an additional sleeping area or a play and relaxation space.
