Two terraces will allow you to enjoy the fresh air: a small one at the front of the house, perfect for reading or drinking a cup of coffee while chatting, and a second at the back, ideal for gathering around good barbecues.
The living area is carefully and tastefully decorated, with blue touches and wooden accessories that recall the seaside spirit. The lounge, bathed in light thanks to its bay windows on each side, is a most pleasant place. Then the dining room, where you will find a beautiful wooden table to savour good dishes, previously prepared in the fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
When fatigue sets in, you will discover 3 double-bedded rooms to rest in complete serenity. The two rooms with blue walls have an opening to the outside and a television. One of them will allow you to telework if needed thanks to its desk.
A shower room and an independent WC are also available.
For even more convenience, the house also has a washing machine, hairdryer, barbecue and an outdoor parking space.
