Just a few steps from Caroual beach and close to Erquy town centre, this beautiful 112 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Spacious, warm and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 10 people in a calm environment, close to the sea and the magnificent landscapes of the Penthièvre coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing moments in the open air. A beautiful 31 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share your meals outdoors and make the most of long summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a large, welcoming and bright living space. The main lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa, several armchairs and a pellet stove, invites you to relax after a long day of exploring the region. Nearby, the dining area features a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests for sharing warm meals. A large bay window opens onto the terrace and brings beautiful light to the whole space. The open-plan and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, **filter coffee makers and Nespresso**, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the upper floor, a second lounge has been set up on the landing with a television and also a desk space with a computer, practical for the most dedicated wishing to work from home.
On the sleeping side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
