Fully equipped and ideal for a stay with family or friends, it will seduce you with its beautiful spaces, its garden and its privileged location close to the town centre and the Breton coast, whilst being in the countryside.

**Outside**, you will enjoy a large wooded garden of 8000m², perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air. A **terrace** of 35 m² furnished with garden furniture will allow you to share convivial meals around the **electric barbecue** and fully enjoy the beautiful summer days. **The outdoor shower**, located at the rear of the house, will provide you with comfort after your swims.

Inside, this warm house welcomes you into a beautiful spacious living area. The lounge has 6 comfortable armchairs and a television, offering a welcoming space to gather after a day of exploration. The adjoining dining area is equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for sharing your meals with family or friends. On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:

A bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet complete the upper floor. A second independent toilet is located on the ground floor, for added convenience.

Four parking spaces outside are available directly on the property of the house.

To facilitate your stay, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board as well as baby equipment including a high chair and a changing table.
