Open the front door and discover a pleasant living space of nearly 30 m², bright and functional, with direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 6 people, and the lounge welcomes you at the end of the day with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table (the television is not operational).
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), while the third, with a bunk bed for two people, provides direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the accommodation.
A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house.
For your comfort, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Two private parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a shed will allow you to store bicycles or beach equipment safely.
A charging point for your electric vehicle is also available.

Il faut faire intervenir quelqu'un pour la télé car pas normal de payer le prix normal et de ne pas avoir une télé qui fonctionne ! Avoir un jardin un peu mieux entretenu car les mauvaises herbes sur le pourtour de la maison ne fait pas super propre see more

Concernant la télévision, le souci est malheureusement lié à l’opérateur et reste indépendant de notre volonté, même si cela est bien suivi de notre côté 📺 Pour l’extérieur, le jardin est bien entretenu avec des passages réguliers de notre prestataire professionnel, même si nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas garantir une tonte au quotidien. Le barbecue, quant à lui, est une installation fixe et fonctionnelle.
