The large landscaped garden is very pleasant and overlooks a very green neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. This 70m2 house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The modern separate kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
The living room space equipped with a sofa bed, a television, a smoke detector and a fireplace (wood is not provided) opens onto a beautiful terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.
