Located between the seaside resorts of Saint Gilles-croix-de-vie and Brétignolles-sur-mer, you will appreciate the calm of the small town of Givrand. The large landscaped garden is very pleasant and overlooks a very green neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. This 70m2 house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people very comfortably. The modern and separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
