Freshly renovated with taste, combining modern comfort, beautiful family furniture and lovely colour touches carefully balanced, this charming cocoon welcomes you with open arms. Upon entering, it smells of holiday memories! One can imagine sitting around the beautiful wooden table, to enjoy a good meal, prepared in the lovely open kitchen with a retro look.

Well-equipped, you will be able to prepare delicious little dishes thanks to its induction hob, traditional oven and microwave. You will also find a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Having breakfast will be a piece of cake, with a kettle, a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine, as well as a toaster.

To help you relax, a lounge area welcomes you with its brand new wood-burning stove, made available to you.

Two rooms, each with a double bed, are offered on the ground floor. Their original parquet floor, beautifully restored, and the small beach cabins and Senegalese fabrics that decorate them give them a real character.

For a quiet moment of reading, you will also discover a relaxation lounge on the mezzanine.

In conclusion, you will find a lovely bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin, as well as a laundry room in the garage with a washing machine. An independent toilet is also available.

But what would a holiday home be without its large garden? Enclosed and tree-lined, it is ideal for playing ball or hide-and-seek, while the adults bustle around the barbecue, before sitting down at the table on the large wooden terrace.

Upon entering the house, you will access the main floor where you will discover a colourful and warm living area. It includes a living room with armchairs, sofa and television, a friendly dining room, as well as an independent kitchen.
Fully equipped for your comfort, the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Magimix coffee maker, not forgetting all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious little dishes.
