Outside, you will appreciate its two amenities: a first terrace with garden table and plancha, ideal for sharing your meals outdoors, as well as a second garden dedicated to relaxation with garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy the fine weather. Ideally situated just 450 m from the first beach, the house will allow you to easily enjoy the seaside and discover the many attractions of the region.

Upon arrival at this single-storey house, you will discover the main living area with, first of all, the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo. Just next to it are the dining table and lounge area with the sofa, television and access to the garden.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: has a queen-size bed (160 x 200)
Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140 x 190)
Bedroom 3: has 2 single beds (90 x 190), ideal for 2 children.

You will have a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. An independent toilet is available. For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
You will also have a travel cot, a high chair, a baby potty and a baby bath.

For parking, at least 3 parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Relax on the nearby beaches, also accessible by bike: Boisvinet beach, Grand Boisaient beach, the beautiful wild beach of La Mine... The vast Conches beach awaits you for lovely walks just a few kilometres from the house. The cycle paths, very well developed in the region, follow the coast or venture inland. An opportunity to cycle to Talmont castle or to the gates of Marais Poitevin!
