The adjoining veranda, equipped with a table and a sofa, offers an additional bright and pleasant space overlooking the garden.
An independent, functional and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals as at home. It has a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a **filter coffee maker**, a toaster, a kettle as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils.

On the upper floor, a large mezzanine completes the space with a pool table as well as a desk area equipped with a screen, keyboard and mouse, ideal for remote working or taking a moment to yourself.
For leisure time, the house also has a dedicated space for children with games as well as a table football.

On the sleeping side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
