Perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 travellers, the accommodation promises a rejuvenating stay just 200 metres from the beach, easily accessible on foot for simple swimming. Also enjoy local shops without needing to take the car. After a day of walks along the coast, relax on the large sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for friendly outdoor meals. Whether you come to rest, explore nature or enjoy the sea, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the peninsula.
Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be charmed by a warm and bright living space, opening onto a large landscaped terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or enjoy the one on the terrace on beautiful days. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and television, perfect for getting together at the end of the day.
On the night side, the house has two bedrooms. The first, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a wardrobe, offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers two single beds (80x190 cm), a wardrobe, and access to the front terrace.
The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. The toilet is independent
For your comfort, a washing machine is also available.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but you will easily find free parking spaces in the street.
Your bicycles can be stored safely on the house's terrace.
