Perfectly equipped to welcome up to 4 travellers, the accommodation promises you a rejuvenating stay just 200 metres from the beach, accessible on foot for swimming with ease. Also take advantage of nearby shops without needing to take the car. After a day of walks along the coast, relax on the large sunny terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for convivial outdoor meals. Whether you come to rest, explore nature or enjoy the sea, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the peninsula.
Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a warm and bright living space, opening onto a large furnished terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or enjoy the one on the terrace on fine days. The lounge invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and television, perfect for gathering at the end of the day.
On the night side, the house has two bedrooms. The first, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a wardrobe, offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom offers two single beds (80x190 cm), a wardrobe, and access to the front terrace.
The bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate.
For your comfort, a washing machine is also available.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but you will easily find free parking spaces on the street.
Your bicycles can be stored safely on the house terrace.
