The preserved environment is surrounded by dunes, allowing you to enjoy a privileged holiday!
The outdoor space is also a major asset of this house, one of the most soothing spaces surrounded by pine trees, the ideal pool area for a swim or sunbathing! While the garden furniture and terrace invite you to enjoy breakfast, a summer salad, and then comfortably settle into the corner sofa to read or sip a cool drink.
The living area welcomes you with a soft atmosphere brightened by colourful touches. You will discover the living room with a blue sofa for a moment of relaxation, then the dining room which invites you to share moments around good meals. Finally, you will find the modern blue kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare good dishes with ease: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
When fatigue sets in, you can go and rest in one of the two bedrooms in the house. The first, orange, can accommodate 3 travellers thanks to its double bed and single bed. The second, blue in colour, invites you into its large double bed for a good night's sleep.
A modern bathroom with WC is also available, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning and 5 parking spaces.
