An ideal setting for a family vacation, just a few steps from the ocean. Outside, a large terrace awaits you for outdoor meals in order to enjoy the Vendée sun, thanks to its garden furniture and family table.
As soon as you enter the house, you will discover a large, warm and bright living room overlooking the garden. The living room, tastefully furnished, has a relaxation area with television for your moments of rest after a day at the beach. The dining room, with its large table, will welcome you for convivial meals with family or friends.
The open kitchen, functional and well equipped, will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. It has an induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, freezer, oven, microwave, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils.
The night area consists of three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with shower. A separate WC completes this space.
